Dr Voss, KidneyKare Limited, is an affiliated provider to Southern Cross Health Society.
If you are a current Southern Cross Health Society policy member, then your consultation account(s) maybe partly or in full reimbursed directly by Southern Cross through their prior approval system.
If you wish your account to paid by the prior approval system of Southern Cross Health Society, then:
- Contact Southern Cross Health Society regards your referral to Dr Voss.
- Ensure you bring a copy of the referral letter from your general practitioner or specialist with you to your appointment with Dr Voss.
- Bring your membership number and prior approval letter to the appointment.
As a Southern Cross Health Society member information about you may be shared between Southern Cross and Dr Voss. This information will permit the preferred provider system to function effectively; and will include some or any combination of the following:
- Your name, date of birth, residential address, society member number.
- Your referral letter.
- Information to ensure your claim is eligible under your policy with Southern Cross Health Society.
- Other information that may be required to provide additional services to you.
